2021 4-a-side Primary Schools Table Tennis Teams Championships - Boys / Girls / Mixed
Date: Friday 28th May (Qualifying) 10.00am to 2.30pm
Finals Day: Friday 4th June

VENUES: A qualifying day may be held if we receive a large number of entries. These will be held at table tennis centres, located in the metropolitan area – Newton, Brighton and Woodville, plus country centres at Jamestown, Pt Lincoln and Murray Bridge.
After all entries have been received, venues will be decided on the basis of the number of teams and the travelling involved.

PRIMARY SCHOOLS 4 A SIDE - ENTRY FORM

ENTRY FEE:
$40 per team (no GST payable)

TEAMS: Can consist of either all BOYS, all GIRLS or a MIXED team consisting of at least 1 boy or 1 girl minimum.(with players ranked in order of merit)
Schools can enter as many teams as they wish however please note that 1 supervisor/parent must be in attendance for every 2 teams entered. (1:2 Ratio)
