Published Sun 23 Feb 2025
Dear TTSA Members,
I am excited to introduce myself as the new Junior Pathways Coach for Table Tennis South Australia (TTSA). It is an honor to take on this role, and I look forward to working closely with players, coaches, parents, and the broader table tennis community to develop and strengthen the pathway for junior athletes in South Australia.
My Mission & Vision
My primary focus will be to support and guide junior players by providing them with structured training programs, competitive opportunities, and a clear pathway from grassroots to elite-level competition. I believe in fostering a positive, high-performance environment where young athletes can develop their skills, confidence, and love for the sport.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Junior Player Development – Structured programs tailored for different levels (T1, T2, T3).
- Coaching & Mentorship – Encouraging collaboration among coaches to enhance player growth.
- Competition & Exposure – Ensuring juniors have access to the best competitive opportunities.
- Community Engagement – Strengthening relationships with parents, clubs, and TTSA members.
How You Can Get Involved
Your support as players, parents, coaches, and volunteers is essential in building a strong junior program. Whether through coaching, mentoring, or simply encouraging young players, we can work together to create an environment that promotes growth, resilience, and excellence.
I look forward to meeting each of you in the coming weeks, attending training sessions, and working together to elevate South Australian table tennis to new heights. If you have any questions or ideas, please feel free to reach out to me.
Best regards,
Anthony Doldo
